Sport is an important part of Capetonian life. We have a number of sports ground facilities available to locals and international visitors. The Lwandle Sports Ground in Strand has facilities for a variety of sports and activities including soccer, boxing, ballroom dancing, bodybuilding, soccer, rugby and netball. This facility is also partially wheelchair friendly.
